Twitter warned Meta over Threads

Twitter claimed that Meta was using its trade secrets and intellectual property with Threads. The new lawsuit, filed by the company’s lawyer Alex Spiro, claims that Meta is a “copycat” app in violation of US law.

According to the company’s lawsuit, Meta hired numerous former Twitter employees who had access to Twitter’s confidential information. According to Twitter, this amounts to misappropriation of trade secrets and confidential information.

Musk is in trouble: Twitter competitor Threads is alive!

Meta, the roof company of Instagram and Facebook, has finally released its Twitter competitor application. Threads was released today!

In a letter sent to Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg, it was reported that this information should be removed from Threads. It was also reported that Meta should stop processing Twitter data. In his post on the subject, Elon Musk said “Competition is good, but cheating is not”.

Meta’s first statement on Twitter’s request came from the company’s director of communications. Threads denied Twitter’s claims, saying that none of the people on the engineering team were former Twitter employees.

The competition with Twitter seems to have strengthened Threads even more. According to Meta, the platform reached more than 30 million users within 24 hours of its launch. In addition, more than 95 million posts were shared on the application.
